I help improve soft skills, team performance, employee engagement and more, through valuable and purposeful training sessions. One of my greatest professional accomplishments is managing a very successful professional development academy for our sales and support division. This professional development academy provides individual contributors and leaders the opportunity to learn, grow and enhance multiple skills. With over 25 years of leadership, coaching, facilitating, content creation, curriculum development, team building and mentoring, I have the experience necessary to help organizations professionally develop their workforce through a variety of methods.

Utilize the ADDIE Model when designing end to end learning solutions that include e-learning, instructor-led (face to face and virtual), and self-paced (on-demand)
Meet with and manage stakeholders and subject matter experts in the content development process, ensuring alignment, engagement, and expectation management through a thorough needs analysis and communication process.
Coach and mentor to individual contributors (frontline through seasoned employees) and leaders.
